"efficient, but lacking"

Pros
I like software that is small, tight, effective, and efficient. This application really meets most of my criteria for software I purchase. It was very user friendly and worked like it was advertised.
Cons
I have to pass on this as an FTP server and try something else because it seems to have a problem with files over 4GB. Even on a Windows XP NTFS drive where large files are not a problem, I am not able to have anyone upload 4+GB files. The files will be incomplete and missing several hundred megabytes, but users with various FTP clients are unable to resume at that point.

It worked for a couple of days.
Cons
I bought the server so I could do backups while travelling. Now the server crashes whenever I attempt to access it, nevermind actually downloading or uploading any info. Sometimes I get a logon screen or can see the directory before it crashes, usually it happens when I first try to access the server.
No support.

Very easy to set up. Good documentation and support. Great performance. Terrific remote Admin via browser. Extreamely stable and robust.
Cons
Need to buy very expensive professional version to enable SSL/Secure transfers.

Software is no longer functional, multiple emails now returned undeliverable. No phone support. Is anyone home?
