"very efficient and useful, but expensive"
Pros: this product does live up to its name and reputation. for those of you, like me, that have downloaded tons of music over the years and have many duplicate songs, it is time to clean up.
i was looking for an application and this is the one... you need not look any longer.
Cons: the one downside for me was the price. this application does "just one task" and as such, i find the price expensive... BUT, i still recommend this due to its "cleansing" effect that you will get when your computer is cleaner and organised.

Version: Abee Mp3 Duplicates Finder 2
Pros: This product works on very large collections to help find duplicates. It is highly tuned for finding MP3 (as well as a few other formats) music duplicates. It looks beyond the file name, but uses the ID3 tag to make a vastly better choice as to what's really a duplicate and what isn't. Make sure to get at least version 2.1 as it now includes the track length (in seconds) for comparison.
Finally, I was impressed with the response from their support in replying to feedback email.
Cons: If you use iTunes, it won't compare Mp4/AAC files. Tunes using DRM cannot be compared.

"Simple, a good idea, but could do more"
Pros: Finds duplicates from Artist and Title ID TAGs, which is quite efficient if the tags are correct.
Cons: Won't find duplicates in the numerous files without TAGs...

"Great program, quick and easy"
Pros: I downloaded the trial version after downloading and trying several other products. I found it quick and easy with enough detail to help me decide which mp3's I wanted to keep and which ones to delete. I decided to purchase this product and did so immediately. I had a little trouble getting my registered copy to acknowledge it was registered so emailed customer service on a weekend and to my surprise got an email back with solutions immediately. I still needed a little more help so emailed again and once again received an immediate email with not only my problem addressed but a link to a customized download for me. Support from AbeeTech is as great as the product itself. MP3 Duplicate Finder by AbeeTech is a SUPER product I can't say enough good things about this product and AbeeTech's support.
