AX-Cursors is a fully integrated multidocument application that lets you create static and animated cursors (sizes up to 72x72 and up to 16.8 million colors). It handles ANI and CUR libraries (ACL) and EXE and DLL files. Other features include a built-in librarian, an IE-4-style toolbar, and the ability to compile cursors as EXE files. In this shareware version, the ability to export and compile is limited to five cursors.

I found the program impossible to use. Without some type of help, which it does not have.

The program is well thought out...the menus are simple and easy enough to use, mainly due to their utilisation of classic windows program layouts...
Within moments i was creating cursors and saving them ready for use...
It has all the features of fully fledged cursor programs costing $50...
I really liked the ability to drag a drop box over any image on screen and have it instantly converted to a cursor...(found a small pic somewhere you want as a cursor...do it here instantly)...
Cons
Only things missing were some demo cursors would be nice...
and its not full freeware...but you can have everything...the message that pops up asking to suscribe is easy enough to click out of the way...without having to search for any small buttons

so far i'm not happy with a lot of cursor stuff. there are far better tools out there that do a better job then this, and that are free! i don't recommend this.. and the interface isn't very well designed either... find freeware alternatives on download.com -- there are much better ones... i wouldn't pay for this personally.
