  "Bad company to deal with absolutely no professionalism."

  Cons: If you upgrade your PC or old one dies your lifetime license goes away. They automatically assume you are a thief using your key on more than one PC. They will not respond to emails. They will ignore you totally. Bought a Lifetime end of April 07 - machine crashed in May. My lifetime license lasted 4 weeks. Bought a new PC and was denied what I paid for to this day. Don't ever upgrade your machine or you will lose your money. Bad company to deal with absolutely no professionalism.

  "Glad I read the reviews"

  Pros: I like the fact that the reviews are so bad I don't have to waste my time with this product.

  Cons: Unless everyone here is a liar, and I find that hard to believe, you'd have to be a fool to purchase this software, even if you liked it. There's something wrong when you have to fear getting a registration code from a company. The only really good review was from Myaa77, who has only done 5 reviews, all 5-star, and ALL for AVS. A company man perhaps????

  "Everything's working fine!"

  Pros: I bought a DVD from Amazon that was not balanced correctly and vibrated badly in my DVD player. Rather than go through the hassle of trying to return it, I burned a new one with the AVS DVD Copy. It worked beautifully! I'm beginning to think this is one of the best buys I've ever made from an Internet vendor.

  "DO NOT PURCHASE AVS DVD COPY!!!"

  Pros: After using the trial download (for 5 copies), which worked fine, I decided the $29.99 full-version price was worth it. Ever since I paid for the registration code, the software has stopped working completely. DO NOT BUY THIS. Spend the extra money on another software. This company is shady and has not gotten back in touch with me at all so I will be forced to have my bank do a chargeback.

  "DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT"

  Cons: The trial version worked but the program ceased to work after purchasing and registering.

  4 emails sent to AVS Media for assistance with no response.

  Will have to dispute my credit card charge to get money back. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
