Version: AVG Internet Security 8.0.87
"Love it"
Pros: Like how it looks. It works great and has much more protection then the 7.5 sucurity suite. My computer has not slowed any and have had no problems as stated in some of the other reviews. They may have other problems causing all the problems on there computer.
Cons: Setting it up could be made easier, but not all that difficult.

I have had none of the other problems. Only thing was the linkchecker thing but managed to disable it without unistalling and without showing the error state in the tray icon.
First open up Link Scanner section in AVG Internet Security and uncheck "Enable Reporting of Exploited Websites to AVG". Leave the other two checked.
Then, disable the AVG Security Toolbar under Tools-> Add-ons for Firefox.
Not sure about IE... I don't use it. Maybe someone can help.
