Pros: easy program scans all programs and it is the best I have tried

"As good as the bought version, and I have had both."
Pros: As good as the bought version, and I have had both.
Cons: I have to use other malware, spyware programmes etc, to catch what AVG doesn't.

Pros: It's free.
Cons: It didn't find two viruses on my computer.
Summary: I had two seperate infections, requiring two trips to the computer shop. AVG 8.5 never found WIN32/Virut.a or HTML:IFrame-JE when it was the only AV on my computer. I downloaded avast, and immediately found them both. read more

"Very Good Compared to OTHERS"
Pros: I downloaded this b4, then was told that this wasn't good enough. I downloaded comodo, and when it did a scan I onoly had 1 sm. glitch. After the other dl., the next day I had 45????
