    "Easy to use"

    May 10, 2011  |   By jungsoon

Version: AVG Internet Security 2011 10.0.1321

    Pros

Easy to use for the novice

    Cons

Problem with updating virus protection. When I check for updates it keeps installing same update. Did not have this problem with Norton

    Summary

Don't know if I will purchase the AVG Security Suite. It seems to work well but I do no like the virus updater as the same update appears or I get an error message

    "SIMPLY THE BEST!"

    May 6, 2011  |   By beaubilly

Version: AVG Internet Security 2011 10.0.1321

    Pros

    PERFECT as it is!

    Cons

    NONE I know of!

    Summary

Stability is the word that describes this security suite. No other software provides stability. For example, Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security and F-Secure Intertnet Security crashed my pc many times. Highly recommended.

    "works great i like it"

    May 5, 2011  |   By master_mind413

Version: AVG Internet Security 2011 10.0.1321

    Pros

I hates there 2010 software it was slow clunky and slowed my computer down and seemed to lack a lot to be desired they now have a desktop application to show you security status I like it

    Cons

I wish it was more customizable as far as skins go at least for the desktop application the firewall could be a little better but for a home user i think it is OK not great

    Summary

i like it and use it and have been very happy with it so far not sure if it is great enough for a full on recommendation but its goo enough for maybe not a power user or some one who goes to a lot of random websites and downloads a lot of things

"Nice security software for free do not expect support"

    April 16, 2011  |   By liory1

Version: AVG Internet Security 2011 10.0.1321

    Pros

Very good anti virus for stand alone computer

    Cons

bad fire wall and remote network management I menage a 20 computers network at work and I've not been able to configure a rule that aloud remote desktop to work thru the proper port management program download.

    Summary

If you are thinking of Buying AVG software think again, I've bought 3 licenses for internet security 2011 and I had to disable the firewall because I got problems with remote desktop and other programs. I tried to create rules, didn't work, I tried open a support ticket, what a surprise, no confirmation by e-mail and no answer.
