    "...been using it since it came out some years ago"

    Pros

    It has always done as it said it would and I am definitely satisfied with it.

    Cons

    The layout and interface was changed lately and looks far less sophisticated than the earlier ones. Also, if one is unfamiliar they can unknowingly be conned into downloading trial programs with charges...not a good idea.

    Summary

    My only concern is as with the 'Cons:' I have indicated. I have had to reload a number of AVG for family members who inadvertently were conned into the pay programs...again...not a good idea....
