"AVG wants your computer all to itself"
Pros: can't find any.
Cons: Never finished a pass; ran till almost done, then hung. Never deleted or quarantine stuff found.
Search plugin could not be gotten rid of.

Version: AVG Anti-Virus 9.0.704
Pros: Still a decent piece of antivirus software
Cons: Conflicts with other software make it difficult installation, then you have to re- install all the stuff you have had to take off.
Summary: I found; it easier to use Avast and stopsign, leaving this out. AVG still haven't sorted out the installation after all these years. read more
