Also, McAfee is probably the worst, so never use its scan, it hogs up preformance. Back to Matt now, Norton is much more effective then this, I have AVG paid edition as a secondary anti-virus and Norton as main since it gets rid of things more effectivly, and has a better interface. AVG is good as an anti-virus, and is much better than McAfee, but it is nothing compared to Norton. The free factor is nice however if you cannot afford a proper one like Norton, so you are offered protection better than McAfee for free.
