okay pros its free, works fine catches most virus and is'nt like those dodgey programs which claim u got milions of virus and then u got to pay them.

probley the main cons are lack of support and cant schedual scans in free version

NOTICE TO ALL GAMERS OUT THERE!!!!
Make sure you quit before playing ANY games, It is made so good, that when you are loading the game, it is scaning for Virus's, For me, I can't play Halo, or Battlefield 1942 with is running, and my computer is duble the specks for both!

In My openion After Trying out many antivirus programs like Norton , mcafee , avast , kaspekey , panda and many more i have come to the result of choosing AVG as one of the best FREE antiviruses , if your just looking for a home antivirus then this is all you need . i have had many experience with avg and many antiviruses and am sure that this is the way to go for any home user. This antivirus will not slow your system down at all i can ASSURE you of that , it will provide you with updates almost every day. this product will protect you for a life time , i am a avg fan and will always be one.

well this product lacks many tools othor antiviruses have , but it does a real job of being an antivirus . very easy to understand and follow through . its tough on viruses but easy on the user. In general i would HIGHLY Reccomend This program for any home user looking for a antivirus.
