    "Good antivirus, deceptive customer service"

    Cons

    Deceptive customer service; one CS rep promised unlimited back up with their new service in writing and I have the chat text as proof. The next customer service person cancelled my order so he does not have to deal with the issue without me asking!

    Summary

    If you are lucky to get a good interaction, the software is decent.
