ASP String Component

This component provides many string processing functions that are commonly needed by ASP Web applications. It provides the ability to convert RFC 822 and RFC 3339 date/time formatted strings into Date variables. It provides encoding and decoding methods for Base64, Hex, URL-encoding, and quoted-printable.

It provides Unicode language detection allowing an application to determine what languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are present in a string. It includes functions to pluralize and unpluralize English words. There is also a function for stripping HTML tags from an HTML string (leaving only the textual content).
