The ASP.NET AJAX Extensions Source Code download installs the source code and debugging symbols for ASP.NET AJAX Extensions for use in maintaining and debugging your applications. You can install the source code by itself or you can use it with Visual Studio 2005 or Visual Web Developer Express Edition.

When you install the source code with one of these development environments, you can use the Visual Studio debugger to step into both your own code and into the ASP.NET AJAX source code. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
