Summary
I thought CNET was a responsible source!!! This product used bate and switch and then made it nearly impossible to reach them. You can't call or talk to a human being EVER. I tried to purchase ARO 2013 and then a special popped up where you could buy another product along with it for a discounted price. ARO 2013 was $29 and the other product could be added for basically free ($15 a piece)
but when I placed my order and pressed confirm, instead of the total being around $30 it was $98.....It had added 2 more products that I didn't even know what they were. And this happened because you have to press the order button without the ability to see the entire list of things you ordered BEFORE you confirm it. FRUSTRATING and annoying. They have a place where you can send an email message to them and I did. But instead of carefully reading my request they cancelled the entire order. Needless to say I am steering clear of this company. -

The product does not do anything it claims even after purchase of full version. slows down your computer to crippling speeds.
Summary
I work in IT so I decided to test this on a virtual machine that I had allowed to get infected.I installed ARO. After activating the full version I let it complete all its scans and attempt its repairs. since then I have been unable to complete even the simplest of tasks using this machine. The test proves it, this software is useless and a waste. Beware, do not install.

IT will say you have 50 errors but always says this. Than it says if you want them fixed buy me.

Don't download what others give away for free.
