I've not really experienced any over the years of using this product, even back when it was called "Everest".
Summary
I have used this product for quite a few years now. Suffice it to say, there are a myriad of free tools that can do the same job but this is an all in one solution that is used by the manufacturers of the hardware I'm both troubleshooting and purchasing for myself. If I have a question that I have a choice to answer by downloading five free tools, or just popping this in and running it, I'm going to pop this in and run it. Also, as I mentioned above, support is top notch, and new updates are available before the new hardware you're eyeing was even on the shelf at your local store, or on newegg.com. My relationship with Finalwire is solid, and I plan to continue it confidently into the future.
