    NO WAY Is This Spyware, Trojan, Etc. I'm Running XP PRO With SP-3 And Have Used This Prg. For Over 5 Years With NO PROBLEMS. For Some Reason All Virus Prgs. Pick This Out As Being Something Else. Hope This Helps !!! 8/12/2010
