"Awesome!!! How am I just finding ADLware."
Version: ADLware HomeCare Software for Private Duty 2.0
Pros
Super simple, easy to learn. Captures all my contact and reference data and notes. Simple reporting. The best part is that it is a real communication system. Email, Text (SMS), alerts, to my clients, families, caregivers, marketing people, staff, and on anything. iPhone, Mac, Android, PC... Really excited to be sing something that was build for private duty homecare.
No Contract is another big pro.Cons
I wish it had the option to integrate with QB or have an internal AR. It integrates with Quickbooks at bill creation. I am just not used to that. Quickbooks does have automated billing features I like. they said the AR feature is coming due to user request so we will see.
Summary
Great. Really happy. Old Vivid Care user and I was moving to another online product that was 10$ per client. Never really worked out and luckily I did not sign the contract, this is so much better.
