"Didn't work on 64bit system :("
Pros: Nothing good about a program I can't use.
Cons: No luck installing on my 64bit workstation. I'll try again on my other machine tonight

Pros: I was not sure if this would work, but this program has truly taken our quality to another level.
Cons: To be honest, for what it can do I don't think I'd change a thing except maybe make the process faster. (But it is very quick already)

"The files would not extract."
Pros: Can't use so no pros about it.
Cons: This is of no use if I cannot extract the files and then load the program on my system.
Summary: I guess I will have to try and visit the manufacturer's web site to see if there is a downloadable option that works since this one doesn't seem to load on my Vista.
