Pop up registration reminder, large Demo button, can't ad sound to navigation buttons.
Summary
I would give this program a C-, it's very easy to use, has a number of template's to choose from, but you can't add sound to the navigation, you have to have this with Flash, but you can add your own mp3 background music, it has a very annoying Pop up that wants you to register and pay them money, and it has a large Demo button on every page.

"Easy to use, build multiple sites quickly at 1 fix cost"

Pros
Very easy to use, super short learn curve, I can build multiple web sites within 20 minutes by selecting a template and fill in text/images. I tried many other web builder software and templates before, this software pack is the easiest one to use.
Cons
Windows only. I can't use it on my Mac. Would be nice if they also provide an online version.
Summary
Very good for you if you are not a coding expert. If you already know PHP, Flash then you might find the software a bit limited as you must use their templates (not template from 3rd party). This isn't a problem for me as I simply want to build websites quickly and their template gallery is already enough for my purposes. They also allow you to easily add extra functions to your websites such as a video player, photo gallery, contact form, etc. Which is very handy for users who have little programming knowledge.

"No customer service/support for problems..."

Pros
I upgraded to paid version to remove water marks and access all templates. Nice-looking templates, and interface was easy to use. Download and registration was fairly easy, too.
Cons
I built an entire site, then tried to upload to Tripod/Lycos, and couldn't get the site to publish. I tried fixes in FAQ with no luck. I contacted CS Support, no one responded. I emailed them again when subscription was due, again no one responded.
Summary
I paid for a full year's subscription, and was never able to get the site I created to publish to the sever. After using the suggested help in the FAQ, I still couldn't get the site to publish. I contacted CS Support for help twice, and no one ever responded to me...even after I told them I would renew the subscription if someone there could help me with my publish issues. They make it easy to download, upgrade, and use, but once they get your money no one helps you. It was a total waste of time and money, because I could never use the site I spent hours and hours creating. The organization site I built still has an HTML marker/directory page up at the URL, because it is an entertainment organization and I wanted a nice flash site for it. I'm still looking for a flash site builder that I can use, and maybe copy and paste the content from the unusable site. All in all, I feel totally ripped off, and extremely inconvenienced.

There is nothing positive I can say.
Cons
The customer service is NON EXISTENT - they have NOT replied to any emails I have sent requesting help.
They NEVER sent the software which I paid for.
The downloaded software DOES NOT work properly - hence my requests for assistance.Summary
Bottom line - there is nobody you can speak to, no address to which you can write to and thus the fact that I have paid for goods which I cannot use, and for software which I have not received is, to me, tantamount to theft!

Pros
Ease of use. Simplicity. I gave this a bad rating before, because the templates did not work right and always had a demo button, on them. It was my mistake not the software. I was in a hurry, ok.
Cons
The tech support, they must be in another country, I complained because the email tech support did not answer right away. They are there and helpful. I f*ed up OK.
Summary
Good software, and easy to use. I was able to build a website, without having to ever read any manuals, using the templates of course. Try it, you'll like it.

The software comes with variety of beautiful web design templates and you can customize each design element's colour to suit your need.
Easy to build your web site without learning, what you need to do is just to fill in the content and this software takes care of the design and site navigation.

Pros
This is a good upgrade version. Allow me to build a large site with multiple pages without any coding. And the new design templates are nice.
