it s nice to have such tools in companies. i run a media company and as you may figure it out, there has been a waste of paper and refills until i found this simple tool. now i have reports on each user and of course, the number of pages printed. the first results were visible in due time .

well i must admit i am a surveillance freak and hate to see wasted materials . As for the printing activities, this tool helps me manage all priniting and printing associated costs. Or at least who to blame for..

i have been using this tool in my small network at the office and prooves to be great. now printing is limited to company-generated documents and users are thoroughly monitored.

good job people, i have been expecting an application like this. I can easily monitor all printing jobs and see who's using the printer excesively.
