Did you ever lose your site because of multiple popups or they were a mere irritation?
Pop ups are not part of a browsers life with this software. I haven't had a single pop up since, but it will affect the way you browse. Some sites may fail to open because of the software, but this is where ease of use compensates for insatbility. All you do is press on the icon in the active programs slot. Then, once you have your site, switch the pop up killer back on.
At least give it a try.
Popup still shows on many sites. I used Ad-aware (spyware killer) and it detects that this program is a Spyware. Not sure if I want to keep this program, specially when spyware is detected.
It should get rid of popup-screens, banners and stuff, but it only gets rid of those which pop up while you've turned your IE screen on. These days almost everybody is connected to the internet the whole day and don't always really use their IE, consequently other popups will still popup
In my opinion, this is one of the worst pop-up killers I have ever used
Exilent program however it really stops all popup windows from coming up....
you need double click the Icon for enable popup windows everytime.
I paid for the full version, downloaded it, installed it and it flat out doesn't work.
What I really like about PopUp Killer is the Easy-Handling and its's reliability. I think the interface could use a boost, but for the rest: thumbs up!
