"They tricked in into buying it."

    July 1, 2012  |   By agniredux

I used this years ago when they were the standard. It has a great name. That's the only thing I can think of.

I used them all and I couldn't keep my PC running for more then two weeks. It doesn't stop virus none of them do. When you call up to complain they send you to some guy in India who charged you and arm and a leg to get you PC running . That is why I got a Mac. Macs just work. The last PC I owned was a Dell Alienwear PC. It had defective chips but Dell just laughed and kept my money. In any case Norton somehow got my bank account number and started billing me. The notified me that I could renew the service of if not they would keep billing me. I never used their product. I tried to cancel and it told me I would have to renew because CNET said so. Only in small print did they allow me to cancel automatic renewal.

I have an Mac. I hate Norton. It never worked in the last five years. Years ago I tried to delete it but couldn't. Now they are ripping me off with their automatic service. I have a Mac and was shocked that I was paying for Norton. They even made it hard for me to cancel.
