Pros
It catches nasties that traditional antivirus programs miss. It is especially good at catching Scareware. The pro version is great at blocking bad URL's.
Cons
Minor quibble-full scans take almost an hour.
Summary
You can run your antivirus and MBAM Pro without any slowdown. The free version, along with Hitman Pro, are great secondary tools to have.
Check out any independent antivirus review on Youtube, and you'll see that MBAM and Hitman Pro are used to see if the tested security product missed anything.
