"Fixed vicious malware infection quickly, as advertised"

    November 10, 2008  |   By Remarkable_1

    Pros

Worked as promised. Got a quick response to email questions.

    Cons

    Nothing. It worked Great.

    Summary

My laptop was infected by the Anti Virus Pro 2009 malware program which mimics anti virus software but is really a spyware program. My expense internet security program did nothing to prevent the infection and could not get rid of it.

I checked CNET and fould Anti-malware and sent an email to company to see if it would resolve the problem. I got an email back quickly with the exact instructions (which were very straightfoward) and it worked the first time.

I'm still waiting to hear back from support of expensive internet security software.

Bottom line, if you have a malware infection go with Anti-Malware.
