    "Can't get it to work...says not a valid 32 bit Program!"

    Cons

    I don't like the fact that I've downloaded it twice, but in attempting to install, I get message that it's not a valid 32 bit program and it won't install. I have Vista Home Premium Edition and a computer bought in February, but for whatever reason, both my downloads are the same. Any suggestions?
