    "Superb! Superb! Superb!"

    Pros

    Passwords and notes securely online. I've used it for several months now, and no problems. Plus you can download the desktop client, and sync between everything. And it's free, too! (And no, I don't work for them, or know anyone that does!)

    Cons

    None! None! None! (And here I have to enter "at least 10 characters"!) I guess they've never heard of brevity!

    Summary

    Note that Download.com has mis-categorized Passpack as
    Webware -> Security Software -> Spyware Removers > PassPack
    when it is clearly for password storage and protection!

    Update: my opinion re this excellent software hasn't changed - but there doesn't seem to have been much activity by them since mid-2010. So, this may now be "deadware"!
