    "Use with Ad-aware for a clean PC"

    Summary

    While it works great on its own, it still misses some things (all programs do), so use this in companion with Ad-Aware and you will get rid of almost every spy/ad/mal ware program out there. Highly recommended. Install Spyware Blocker to help block spyware from installing in the first place too.
