"Does what it says"
Summary
As many have pointed out, yes all it does is scan for adware/spyware. This program then becomes more suited or someone who isn't timid about messing around with the registry. The lack of detection of some spyware/adware that another program does not detect is not a defect in the program. I have this program installed along with Ad-aware, and Web Sweeper. Each detects different adware/spyware program. This error is due to the fact that the industry for these adware/spyware detection and removal program have to build an independant database themselves. In the antivirus industry as soon as a bug is found it has to be reported to a consortium and each program maker can then add that virus to their list. In the future that will hopefully be the case for spyware/adware so make people's computer more secure and personal data private.
