    "Simply the best"

    Pros

    Works great, helps with remotely connecting to computers for trouble shooting

    Cons

    Only had one time it didn't connect due to the user on the other end with very tight firewall restrictions. Honestly this isn't really a con, as it works EVERY other time! Good app!
