    "Incredible - Just Incredible"

    Pros

    Takes 15 seconds to setup. In fact, no installation is required. It can run as a standalone application (on both ends). Fully encrypted. Easy to use. It generates a ID and password you give to the remote user who then logs in.

    Cons

    No Cons. The only thing that you need to do is click "Unblock" when Windows Firewall prompts you (obviously).

    Summary

    It works through routers and firewalls. Unlike other remote control apps, you don't have to setup port forwarding on Mom's router! For non-commercial home use, it's free (just a nag screen). Commercial licenses are also available. One of the best if not the best remote control programs available. No install or Setup, it always works and it's fast. What more could you ask for?
