"Changes can be Positive or Negative"

    April 1, 2010  |   By CustomComputers

    Pros

    NONE FOR THE USER!

MORE AD SPACE FOR THE PROVIDER!

    Cons

After Twelve Years as a subscriber of AOL....and a beta tester, the updates continue to go from bad to worse. Change for the sake of change tends to get old.

    Summary

The average user establishes a certain familiarity with a product over time and becomes accustomed to usage of the features. Hence major updates are not widely accepted by long time users.

IE: "We now primarily use other clients."
