    "THIS IS NOT FREE - CNET GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER"

    You have to subscribe to a third party vendor in order to get this program (the basic) at no charge.

    This requires payment by credit card for the third party offer.

    This is exactly why I am going to stop using CNET and go to Softpedia instead. They seem to care a little bit more about being accurate.
