    I also am having problems with installation, in my case it's the latest update. I open it, save it to my App folder, says an older version is there, do I want to replace, hit yes, and then get this: "The operation can?t be completed because you don?t have permission to access some of the items." Whaaat???? What don't I have permissions for??? It would be nice if it gave me even some clue as to how to go forward, but nothing, just that cryptic error message...

    I did check the program's settings;' and I certainly have permissions, so unless somehow I get word as to how to proceed, it will go unused....
