"Extremely slow on some web sites"
Usually easy to use, remembers tabs nicely
When one tab hangs, the whole thing hangs. Just as bad, some sites are extremely slow in FF. I use, for instance, trains.com, and it takes maybe 5 seconds to open a page. Firefox can easily take a minute or longer - if the page opens. Also, a lot of other sites needing logins never seem to be able to login with FF. It's great they keep coming out with improvements, but maybe it's time to start bug fixing. But whenever you ask about slow response, it is always something the user must have installed, some add in. Even when it isn't.
A real dilemna. On my HP laptop, I can't run IE10 because of ATI graphics problems. Same thing with Chrome. Sure, the problems are with bad ATI drivers from HP, but this leaves me stuck with IE9 and FF. IE9 is ok on many sites, but FF is easier to use. But FF is way to0 slow on way too many sites, and no one at Mozilla seems to take this seriously. It's never the fault of FF, or so they seem to say.
