allows all cookies to be session, so when you close your browser, they're done.

WIPES OUT YOUR DATA THE MINUTE YOU SIGN INTO CHROME WITHOUT WARNING. So God help you, if you signed in prior, you are FORCED to sync with that prior set of links, and only AFTER SIGNING IN can you modify the sync settings. Way to go, Google, make us spend four hours restoring our machines, because sync settings can't be done BEFORE signing in.

Many other cons, too many to name. I hate Chrome, but must use it when shopping, because the cookie-setting mania is so awful.

Too ticked off at losing everytihng to type. Will update later. I wish I'd never signed into Chrome to try synching. Wrecked my Thanksgiving. Now will try to restore the other machine, after using 1John1:9 a bizillion times to survive the anger.

UPDATE: God help me, I just turned on my other XP netbook in order to update Firefox, and hit the Google key instead, so guess what? Its update WIPED OUT MY NEW TAB PAGE SELECTIONS. Do you know how hard it is to GET those selections? You have to manually type in the URL each time, then close the browser and see if that page 'stuck' in your New Tab lineup. EIGHT TIMES you have to do this, and sometimes the page won't 'stick', so you have to go through the procedure again and again.

Yeah, trained monkeys are the programmers of the Chrome Browser. If you think I would ever trust a Chrome OS after seeing how bad this browser is, guess again.
