    "Well, it's an improvement"

    Pros

    Faster than IE8
    Interface isn't bad actually
    OS integration

    Cons

    Much slower than Chrome of Firefox
    Only available on Vista and 7
    Hardly any add ons
    It's Internet Explorer... need I say more?

    Summary

    Internet Explorer is better than it used to be, but the fact it isn't open source, has very few add-ons, looks really ugly in Windows classic and it's slower than other browsers.

    Look at the You tube videos with split-screen comparisons - IE9 blows Chrome away...seeing is believing - take a look.
