    "Good and not-so-good"

    Pros

    Once I changed the colors from that garish default magenta, I liked it at first ... until I really tried it's functioning.

    Cons

    The numbers are too big, therefore distracting. The message window that pops up when it counts down to zero is too big and ugly for my taste. Too many clicks to reset it.

    Summary

    Bottom line, I'm going to uninstall it and keep looking. I use a timer to remind me to stand up from the computer every 20 minutes and stretch. That's all I want it to do -- small and simple, with one click to start it running again. This one doesn't seem to be it.
