    "Solid program. Served me well for 3 or 4 years."

    Pros

    It does what it says on the packet: it will block your access to distracting computer programs. I mainly use it to block web browsing and email (but also iTunes, video software)

    Cons

    * Could have more functionality, like a blocked time of each day.
    * Forces programs to close in a relatively brutal way. I worry this could compromise the software in the longer term.
    * Software isn't being updated: it's been version 2.3 for ages.

    Summary

    It's saved my life and made me productive and happy. Seriously. I love it. I recommend it to all of my friends.
