    "could not activate this software"

    I was excited about this screen saver--it sounded beautiful and fun . . .


    but after I downloaded it and installed it in my Applications folder, I could not access it to make it my default browser. It was grayed out and a pop-up message said I couldn't activate it.


    I'm so disappointed! I'm giving it 3 stars for the description and idea -- and cannot give any more until I'm actually able to try it out :)

    Hi kikolei! Thanks for your review. My name is Hugh McGinley and I am the Community Manager for Wemo Media, creators of theBlu. I'd like to help you resolve the issue you're having, if you have a moment.

    One thing I wanted to verify is that you said you could not access theBlu to make it your default browser. I'd like to make it clear that theBlu is a screensaver application, and NOT a web browser. If you're trying to run theBlu as a web browser, it will not work.

    Could you verify that you're running theBlu as a screensaver and not a web browser? Also, please feel free to contact me at if you'd prefer.
