    "Historically the best to me"

    - Fast
    - Free (shareware)
    - Multi-format (zip, rar, tar, 7z...)

    Cons

    - When unpaid shows a small window

    Summary

    To me the best archive extractor in the world. It's true I don't know many more, but I've been using WinRAR my entire life, and can't live without it. I'm always lost when I land on a computer which doesn't have WinRAR.
