"easy to use but very powerful, and without the junk"
Pros
The ability to add recovery records (in case file is damaged), deletion of files (to Recycle Bin or skip), etc. Yet it doesn't have the junk that comes with WinZip and similar apps that try to be user-friendly but are all but unusable.
Cons
The interface can use a little update. And it's not free.
