    "EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition"

    Pros

    - Simple
    - Relatively quick in formatting
    - FREE :)
    - Small file size

    Cons

    - None that I can think of due to limited usage

    Summary

    Read online about this software since I need to format a 64Gb MicroSD card which Windows can NOT perform due to a Windows limitation in that it can NOT format the Fat32 drive if it exceeds 32Gb.

    The software is very to Windows Computer Management utility but better since it can do slightly more when it comes to partitioning and formatting.

    Best of all, it's free and it works!
