"Pretty Good"
Pros
I like the fact that the software allows you to work through all the steps of an action so that you can examine the different options but waits until you have got the changes how you want before committing it.
Cons
Lots of options shown are greyed out because they are not available in the free version, I would rather they allowed you to use it for 15 days with all the options so that you can truly see what you would be getting in the paid version.
Summary
I liked it so much I bought the personal edition, there are still a large number of options greyed out that are only in the pro version. I wish they would remove those as it's annoyiong when you have paid for a product to be tantalised by features you haven't got. If I wanted them i would have bought the pro version.
As far as what does work it is very good not committing changes until you have completed all teh wizard steps so you always feel that you can back out at any time. This is a great feature in a product that could be used inadvertently to trash your data and is a good compromise between being too techy and too simplistic.
If you want a tool that makes changing disk partitions and backing up data this will do it.
I found this product when looking for "Partition Magic" which I had used in the past but is not compatible with Windows 7 and according to Symantec's site is no longer available:
http://us.norton.com/theme.jsp?themeid=partition_magic&depthpath=0&header=0
(As usual Symantec destroy a good product)
This will do as a good replacement and it does work on Windows 7.
Highly recommended by me.
