"Do Not Open a Support Ticket from within GoodSync"
When it works it is a smooth backup, sync program.
If you open a support ticket from within GoodSync it transmits a text file that complete destroys any privacy that you might of had. With the information from that text file, your identity can be stolen.
Bottom line, I opened a support ticket from within GoodSync and without asking and without my consent transmitted a zip file that I could not delete or take back that contained every file name in my Docs Directory and every email address, bank, utility company, phone co. and the name of every account that I had password stored on AIRoboform.Actually now that I look at the supposed sync'd copy of AiRoboForms' User Data is at least 6mos. out of date and I've sync'd 3 times in 6mos. with GoodSync. The reason I opened the ticket in the first place.
When I inquired about it, William, at customer service stated that and I quote "they were just GoodSync text files and that I was wrong. And then somehow, mysteriously I was locked out of my Roboform account, the email account that I had on record with Roboform/GoodSync, and my User Data in Roboform disappeared. Fortunately I had a back up copy of the User Data.
