    This person is definetly an inexperienced USER, I would suggest calling a professional next time you need help with your computer. Yes, it will find sensitive system files that need to be in multiple locations to operate windows, you should be a qualified technician to know the difference between these type of files.....if its extension ends with DLL, INI, SYS, etc. Those are to be left alone, or else! I could fix your system if you haven't done a full restore already. You may contact me here if you need help, respond to this post with your address and i will send you my email.
