    "Great product, great company"

    Reliable and straightforward to use. Tech support swift, friendly, and knowledgeable.

    Cons

    no utility for converting ver 1x backups/images to the new version, so you must keep your ver1 in order to use its image files for a restore (I ranked ver1 5-stars)

    Summary

    This is a simple product that works as designed. It produces fast, reliable backups, and is easy to use. Comes with a free DOS version, which is also terrific. The tech support for all TerabyteUnlimited products is the best I have experienced in my 30 years working with computers. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no attitude; and free updates for years.
    Highly recommended.
