    "Software would not load."

    April 13, 2009  |   By OldGrumpy

    Never found any.

Software would not properly load on my Intel iMac.

I lost any confidence in the product, reasoning that if it could not load its 1.2 MB software program properly so that it could run on my computer, how could it possibly back-up my computer, store it for months in some undisclosed location, and then restore my computer to its original condition should there be a problem. I determined it could not, and gave up after trying for a week with at least six separate installations and deletions. Unfortunately, they have a no refund policy. I'm out the hundred bucks it cost me; but though poorer, I am wiser. Just wish I'd gone to this site before I paid them.
