    "Poor customer service"

    Pros

    Seemed to work ok when I had it, as well as any of the others

    Cons

    Many, My old computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. I contacted them to reload my version (that I paid for) on my new computer. The techs were no help even after several contacts. I still don't have it but they still have my cash. No customer service. I wish I had checked them out with the Better Business Bureau first, many other complaints and an "F" rating with the BBB.

    Summary

    Don't do it. CNET has so many other wonderful options, go with something else.
