    "Couldn't load it even with AVG paid help"

    Could not load, even with paid help from AVG, then had trouble find it to remove from computer. Strange messages e.g. incorrect code to confirm (my words, not their's),although had not been asked to enter code. Was supposed to get a confirmation e-mail (possibly with that code) but it never arrived. Very disappointed after several years as a happy user. Note: able to load on my wife's without any difficulty and it appears to be working fine.

    Summary

    Didn't work for me. However, if I get a new computer (this one is getting very long in tooth), I will attempt again.
